Refueled and Powered....All by plants!

After my leg workout I had my post-recovery green protein smoothie!

It was loaded with vitamins and nutrients my beautiful body needs to refuel and nourish my muscles and give me the power I need for the rest of the day!

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. Coconut water
  • 4 oz. water
  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Celery
  • Cucumber
  • Plant protein
  • Stevia
  • I added some green grapes and kiwi for extra sweetness :p
  • Liquid chlorophyll
