In the Meantime, Here are some Pictures for You!

Hola! I've been away for a few days. Lots of things have happened and I am trying to keep up with life. 

Here are some pictures I'd like to share with you! 

 My step-mom in law, Denise teaching us how to use her juicer, so exciting!

Our first juices! Bret's was strawberry, apple and grape. Mine was with kale, spinach, parsley, cucumber, celery, ginger, apple and grapes. Mmm!

This green juice was the BEST juice I have tried my entire life, no joke!!!

Fruit on our table any ordinary week -- we go through it all by Saturday!

Week of Daylight Savings Dinner: Grilled cauliflower "steak on a bed of toasted quinoa, apples and onions; hummus and veggies.

Bret's sweet tooth was craving vegan oatmeal cookies!

The best thing about baking vegan goods -- you can lick the spoon! ;)

Spaghetti night! Veggies, green lettuce salad and Bret's home-made vegan ranch dressing (he loves that stuff!).

Day time snack: protein, power-packed green smoothie and flax seeds! Yum!
