Good morning!
My upper body feels sore...I kinda don't wanna go to the gym today....I want to listen to my body and rest, but at the same time, I'm listening to my body and it's telling me to go exercise! I think I will go to the gym. I wanna push this out. I wanna work out the rest of the week until Friday and then take Saturday and Sunday off. Sometimes you just don't wanna get it done, but in order to reach your goals you must.
